Changes to SMT

The FAB had a meeting last night and one of the items we talked about was Self Monitored Training (SMT). We have changed the hours of SMT the following:



Sun 7am-1pm
Mon 7am-6pm
Tue 7am-6pm
Wed 7am-6pm
Thu 7am-6pm
Fri 7am-1pm
Sat 7am-1pm


We have also put a maximum of working 4 hours of SMT in a single day.

Does this new change apply to SMT at all positions, or just certain positions? and also am I correct to assume that those hours listed is PST?

Yes these apply to all positions.

Yes the times are all in Pacific Time.

Let me add one other comment to this thread. It has come to my attention that some of you are a bit confused with regard to working SMT for 4 hrs a day Max.

This is a 4hrs of work without a mentor or instructor working with you. You are all alone doing Self Monitoring Training (SMT). If you have an instructor working with you for an hour then that time does not count toward your 4 hr max for the day.

Hope this helps clear things for any of you that were thinking you could only work for 4 hrs Max a day.
