As of Jan 31, 2007 the Control Tower and associated Class D airspace at Castle Airport (KMER) in Atwater, CA was opened. ZOA controllers are now authorized to staff Castle Tower and Castle Ground on 118.175 and 133.575 respectively.
As of now none of the sector files contain any geography for the airport

Since you mentioned that KMER isn't present in any sector files -- I'm curious, how does the creation & maintenance of sector files work at OAKARTCC? I don't have any specific experience working with .sct files, but I'm willing to devote some time to it if you're looking for help.

The facilities department is responsible for the upkeep of sector files. If you are interested in assisting, I'd be glad to have help. Watch for the addition of Castle airport in the near future.
