All,

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the forum not maintaining your login cookies?

What I mean is that even if i have the remember my login box checked, the next time I enter the forum, it doesn't remember me.

I find I'm having to log in more than once to get things working (like the highligh of new messages/replies). Today at work (on IE6) I logged in and it didn't take it (the option on the top toolbar still said 'Log In') and I had to do it again. Tonight, I logged in and it listed me as logged in the 'who's on' section at the bottom of the main page, but it still said 'Log in' at the top. I logged again, and the top option changed, but none of the new messages are highlighted.

I'm not a cookie nazi... that is... I accept just about any cookie given (although I do go and clean house often). Just have these little problems from time to time.

By the way, vis-a-vis a different thread about the nav buttons disappearing? They disappear when the page re-loads after log-in... Otherwise, they do actually stay up to that point...

I have XP Pro and IE6 with SP1 (service pack 1)

And it seems to be working fine now. Try clearing out your cache and retry.. it shouldnt cause problems.

Too many problems with phpBB2 so i have implemented invision board. I has many more functions then PHPbb and more user friendly. The cookies are enabled it should remember you next time you log in.

<_< I am still having no luck with remembering me when I leave and return I have to log in again. It remembered me in the old one.

B) oops! I just discovered that you have to click on the line at the top of the forum when returning to get back in without loggin in all over.

The line that says " Oakland Air Route Traffic Control Center".

While the old one never worked properly for me - this new one works like a charm

Weird stuff - but I am sure they will get it figured out soon.
