We are currently accepting applications for our new position, ZOA Membership Director.
This position is open to any S3 and higher candidate, who is currently a full member of ZOA (I.e. Not visiting).
Expect to spend atleast 3 hours per week working on the Rosters, and emailing members.
It will be your job to ensure:
Roster Upkeep and Maintenance
VATUSA and ZOA's Roster Alignment
Compiling reports upon request for member categories (i.e. Inactive)
Emailing such members reminders.
Handling day-to-day Roster Additions and removals
Processing visiting controller requests
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Participate in any FAB related meetingsCandidates should have a good command of the English language. Be able to write, read and speak English fluently. Have access to email and have a good use of computers in order to process these applications.

Any public relations experience is a bonus.
