The position of Deputy Air Traffic Manager here at ZOA is open.
The responsibilities of the DATM include:
? Administration of the ZOA Crew and Privilege Roster
? Monitoring the state of the ARTCC
? Performing Quality Improvement activities
? Assisting in development and rollout of major projects
? Assisting the Air Traffic Manager in other selected duties
Qualifications required:
* S3 rating or higher
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Capable of working well in team oriented environment
* No Recent disciplinary action
* Strong knowledge of United States ATC system
* Become a member of vZOA ARTCC
* An active presence controlling on VATSIM.
Preferred:
* C1 Rating or higher
* Instructor or mentor experience on VATSIM
* Supervisory, leadership, or managerial experience
* Real world aviation experience
