Just saw this on the Vatusa site and was lookin in Servinfo to see how it works and I do not see it there.

Does anyone know anything about this new feature.

I got the Answer to the above Question.

If your running Servinfo V2.02 or higher in the top left corner next to the VATSIM IVOA there is a third button set it to EUROBOOK and select it.

Pretty cool:

new servinfo ver 2.02

New in version 2.02: TeamSpeak voice servers used by IVAO are supported in displaying channel/users information and joining channels both in the ServInfo application the the ServInfo gauge.
VATSIM prefiled flights (users that have prefiled a FP but have not yet connected to the network) are optionally included in all tabular displays indicated by a dark yellow arrow symbol
IVAO and FPI ATC booking systems information can be displayed in ServInfo through pre-configured custom network buttons, the same way as VATSIM's EUROBOOK
Bug Fixes :
Fixed bug that was preventing retrieval of country/region or partial code NOAA requests
Fixed problem with channel information display with the AVSIM RW voice server
Other minor bug fixes

Limited database updates and new airlines/logos - see Add Airlines cection

VATUSA is using a PHP frontend to the EUROBOOK system. Here is the link:

http://www.spinning-plates.eu.org/index.ph...=phpbooking.htm (http://www.spinning-plates.eu.org/index.php3?page=phpbooking.htm)

It would be interesting if we can modify/use something similar specific to ZOA.

I tested this service out today. I signed up to work OAK_V_CTR from 10:30 to 12:30 which was 1830 to 2030 UTC time. It seemed to work, I got calls from Italy and another country wanting to know where I was at what state it was in and so on. They then logged on and flew in our airspace.

I think this maybe a good took to advertise when and where we will be working if we can plan a little in advance even if it is only an hour ahead of when were going to log on.

:D Give it a try the next time your going to be on line and see if it helps you draw traffic... B)

Am, I, just getting old, or now that we're in PDT.....(Spring forward, per se), that Zulu time is NOW "+7" hours.......?

I turned 39 on Sunday, the 4th.....so I thin I can safely plead age, should I be incorrect.

E.G. I choose to write this post @ 0306 local, PDT, hence, 1006Z......

.....right?

help me not look like an idiot.

The 7 is correct for our daylight savings time. I believe we are 7 hours behind GMT? 2300Z would be 4pm PDT?

Also, there's a reference on the signup page that says we can check who's scheduled using Servinfo. I've tried to figure this out (unsuccessfully), has anyone found this in servinfo?

You have to have servinfo 2.02 and its is in the top left corner click on the gray box with the scroll arrows it is the third box over from the VATSIM box. In it choose 'EUROBOOK". It will then download and display all bookings the same as it does the contollers and pilots that are currently flying.

Come on Controllers I want to see you using this to advertise that you will be working in the ZOA. If we use it enough I feel that it will help us pull traffic into the ZOA. So whenever you think you will be controlling put it in the VATUSA Signup and if for some reason something keeps you from working you can log back in and remove it.

Lets try and use this as much as possible Guys.

Thanks for the Support... <_<
