This forum will be used for ZOA controllers to ask questions about how to properly provide ATC on the network. Wonder what the proper phraseology is for a circle to land approach? Not sure if that VFR target needs to be talking to you or not? Curious about what runways should be selected at a specific airport in certain weather conditions? Ask any SOP, LOA, VATUSA/VATSIM, or 7110.65 related questions in this forum.
